Built by GRS · for GRS

Our custom
team tool

We built our own tool for endurance races. It is private to GRS members. It turns sign-ups into teams, teams into stint plans, and stint plans into fewer people asking who is driving next.

Discord-gated · member data stays private

What it does

From “I'm in” to race day.

01

One event roster

Runnings, cars, availability and driving preferences in one place. Fewer spreadsheets called FINAL-v7-really-final.

02

Balanced teams

The team builder proposes complete entries around pace, preferences and—most importantly—who is actually awake.

03

Stints in your time zone

A full running order with handovers, named backups and local clock times. No 04:00 UTC mathematics required.

04

Discord does the shouting

Team announcements, race reminders and handover pings go where GRS already lives. Every message is previewed first.

05

Built from real driving

Garage 61 data adds measured consistency and car experience to the planning—not invented ratings dressed up as science.

06

Humans stay in charge

The tool proposes. An admin decides. The software organises the chaos; it does not become team principal overnight.

Inside the tool

Useful information.
Publicly useless.

The tool holds member names, availability and race plans. The public preview below is intentionally redacted. The real thing is available to authorised GRS members through Discord.
